After our press release a reporter from the local daily newspaper, the Waterloo Region Record, contacted Abhi. She interviewed him and arranged for a photograph. Our project was featured in the newspaper a couple days later.

Follow the link to read the full article. The story was limited by the space in the newspaper, but covered the project well. It unfortunately didn’t acknowledge Megan Chan’s contribution in co-founding the project and her strong contribution to developing the idea.

After the article we heard from a lot of different people voicing their support and offering advice and assistance.
